Return Policy

At Eternal Vault Jewelry, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received, with all original packaging and documentation.

  • All products include a tamper-proof security tag.
    Returns are only accepted if this tag is still attached and intact.

  • Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or missing the security tag will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at eternalvaultjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
